This year's "JointAction" of the Mission 21 Youth Network is all about food and the context around it. We're bringing up what people eat in different places, where the ingredients come from, and how it all relates to cultures, religion, and global justice. Before November 13, recipes and information about the dishes could be sent in. From November 13 to 27, the recipes will now be published in daily posts on Facebook and Instagram shared.
Topics in the posts also include the cultural backgrounds of the various entries, which are explored in more detail. In addition, inspirations for various activities around food and cooking are shared. The JointAction takes a look at food worldwide, because food is vital, tradition-laden, political - and enjoyable.
That's why, for the finale, we'd like to recreate a recipe with participants, and share the results in an online event on November 27, and eat together.
