The JointAction of young@mission21 takes place annually on a selected topic. The international youth network determines the theme and contributes implementation proposals. Subsequently, the actions are planned and carried out in large groups or individually by young adults. In this way, young adults around the world show solidarity with each other and publicly stand up for issues that concern them.
During the week of 24-30 September, the JointAction for Environment held. A sustainable and considerate approach to our planet is important to us because it contributes to a more peaceful society. Future generations should have the same opportunities to shape their lives according to their wishes. In some of Mission 21's partner countries, actions were carried out by young adults to protect the environment. For example, clean-ups took place in Cameroon and Indonesia, trees were planted and the banks of the Rhine in Basel were cleared of litter. We collected the posts with the #youngatmission21jointaction on our Facebook page: â–ºFacebook from young@mission21
The actions are organized by the youth ambassadors of young@mission21. The new 3-year program will start in November 2019. If you are interested and would like to be part of it, please contact us: â–º E-mail
